<span lang="EN-US">As people, we have no way of knowing whether our heart rate is considered normal or not. The strength and quality pulses will deteriorate as get older. As a result, this may indicate attack another illness that requires immediate attention. main goal paper to define the stage using fuzzy logic systems (FLSs). In practice, however, designing developing extremely difficult. To achieve aim, suggested solution involves: i) classifying medical expert's criterion for signs rate; ii) an explainable system measurement; iii) evaluating proposed with human experts. addition, aim research was provide people could use self-monitor levels determine their health status. it hoped would insight into how improve development systems, especially in field applications.</span>
